ADEYEMI COLLEGE OF EDUCATION BEGIN ONLINE CLASSES

Adeyemi College of Education is set to begin online classes for degree and NCE students. A short statement posted on the institutions facebook page reads:

"Online Teaching for NCE/Degree Students

This is to inform all NCE and Degree students of Adeyemi College of Education, Ondo, that the official commencement of online teaching is on Monday, 29th June, 2020.
This is to ensure students do not spend extra years waiting to graduate. All forms of online avenues will be deployed to ensure studies continue for students while at home.

Matriculation for new students will be done through virtual mode. Time table for the completion of 1st semester coming soon."

Students of Adeyemi College of Education had been at home since March after the Ministry of Education directed the closure of all schools

It should be noted that Adeyemi College of Education is a premier College of Education in Nigeria and is affiliated to Obafemi Awolowo University, Ile Ife. The institution is one of the those that were converted to university by at the twilight of the government of former president, Dr Goodluck Jonathan. The conversion was reversed by president Mohamadu Buhari after a court nullified the process of the conversion.

Nigeria Army Recruitment for 2018 Has Commenced

Applicant Eligibility Applicants shall be of Nigerian origin by birth and possess National Identity card. Applicants must possess a minimum of 4 credits in not more than 2 sittings in WASSCE/GCE/NECO/NABTEB. One of the credits must be in English language. In addition, Tradesmen & Women Applicants must also possess OND/Trade Test/City and Guild certificate Non-Tradesmen & Women Applicants must be aged between 18 - 22 years by March 1, 2017. Tradesmen & Women Applicants must be aged between 18 - 26 years by March 1, 2017. OSUSTECH POST UTME

Ondo State University of Science and Technology (OSUSTECH), Okitipupa has commenced its On-line registration for the screening exercise for admission into ALL Programmes in the University for 2018/2019 Session. Candidates should note that provisional admission would be offered on the basis of first come, first served. Eligibility Candidates who made OSUSTECH their first choice of institution and scored 180 and above in the 2018/2019 UTME are eligible for screening. In addition, candidates must possess five (5) ‘O’ Level Credit Passes in relevant subjects including Mathematics and English Language at not more than two (2) sittings. Candidates who chose the University as second choice or did not choose it at all are advised to do a change of institution to OSUSTECH as first choice on JAMB website before registering.
