Adekunle Ajasin University AKINGBA has fixed The post UTME cut off mark cut off mark for 2017 at 40. Candidates that scored above 40 stand a good chance of admission to the university.
The management of the school is also offering admission at no extra cost to candidates that scored below 40. This applies to candidates that are interested in the part time or pre-degree program

The Joint Admissions and Matriculation Board (JAMB) has announced the commencement of 2026 UTME examination slip printing. However, more than 14 hours after the announcement, many candidates are still unable to access the reprint portal. As of 6:30am on Friday, April 10, complaints about the site’s inaccessibility persist. In its official update on X (formerly Twitter) by 4:02am yesterday, JAMB informed candidates that the examination slip (which contains key details such as venue, date, and time) is now ready for printing via its website. Despite this, a large number of candidates have continued to experience difficulties accessing the portal. Opinion: Why Universities' Academic Calendars Have Been Stable Over The Past Couple Of Years

According to a recent report in Premier Times, academic calendars of our ivory towers have been stable for the past couple of years. This stability becomes obvious with the fact that there have not been industrial unrest by the Academic Staff Union of Nigerian Universities (ASUU) in the last 2 or so. What can be the reasons this stability? One of the things that has been done to achieve stability in our universities is the strengthening of institution governance in the federal universities. Tinubu’s administration has taken steps to enforce good governance in Nigerian universities.
