1 ADMINISTRATIVE & HUMAN RESOURCES OFFICER II / GL 08 Candidate must possess a B.Sc. /B.A degree in relevant discipline(s) or its equivalent from a recognized university. Must have completed the compulsory National Youth Service Corps scheme (NYSC).
2 ADMINISTRATIVE & HUMAN RESOURCES OFFICER I / GL 09 Candidate must possess a B.Sc. /B.A degree in relevant discipline(s) or its equivalent from a recognized university. In addition, prospective candidate must have at least Three (3) years post qualification cognate experience. Must have completed the compulsory National Youth Service Corps scheme (NYSC).
3 SENIOR ADMINISTRATIVE & HUMAN RESOURCES OFFICER / GL 10 Candidate must possess a B.Sc. /B.A degree in relevant discipline(s) or its equivalent from a recognized University. In addition, prospective candidate must have at least Six (6) years post qualification cognate experience. Or Possession of a relevant Masters Degree plus at least Five (5) years post qualification cognate experience. Must have completed the compulsory National Youth Service Corps scheme (NYSC).
4 ACCOUNTING OFFICER II / GL 08 Candidate must possess a degree in Accounting or relevant discipline (s)/ its equivalent with Accounting bias from a recognized University or final certificate of any of the professional accountancy (ICAN, ANAN, etc.) body. Must have completed the compulsory National Youth Service Corps scheme (NYSC).
5 SENIOR ACCOUNTANT / GL 10 Candidate must possess a degree in Accounting or relevant discipline (s)/ its equivalent with Accounting bias from a recognized University. In addition, prospective candidate must have at least Five (5) years post qualification cognate experience. Must be fully registered with a relevant professional body (ICAN, ANAN, etc.). Must have completed the compulsory National Youth Service Corps scheme (NYSC).
6 PRINCIPAL ACCOUNTANT / GL 12 Candidate must possess a degree in Accounting or relevant discipline (s)/ its equivalent with Accounting bias from a recognized University. In addition, prospective candidate must have at least Seven (7) years post qualification cognate experience. Must be fully registered with a relevant professional body (ICAN, ANAN, etc.). Possession of a Masters Degree is an added advantage. Must have completed the compulsory National Youth Service Corps scheme (NYSC).
7 ENGINEER II (CIVIL)/HIGHER TECHNICAL OFFICER (CIVIL) /GL 08 Candidate must possess a first degree or a Higher National Diploma in Civil Engineering from a recognized University or Polytechnic which must be registerable with the Council of Registered Engineers of Nigeria (COREN). Must have completed the compulsory National Youth Service Corps scheme (NYSC).
8 SENIOR ENGINEER (CIVIL) /GL10 Candidate must possess a first degree in Civil Engineering from a recognized University registerable with the Council of Registered Engineers of Nigeria (COREN) plus at least five (5) years post qualification cognate experience. Must have completed the compulsory National Youth Service Corps scheme (NYSC).
9 ARCHITECT II /HIGHER TECHNICAL OFFICER (ARCHITECTURE)/ GL 08 Candidate must possess a first degree or a Higher National Diploma in Architecture from a recognized University or Polytechnic which must be registerable with the Architects Registration Council of Nigeria (ARCON). Must have completed the compulsory National Youth Service Corps scheme (NYSC).
10 ARCHITECT I /GL 09 Candidate must possess a first degree in Architecture from a recognized University which must be registerable with the Architects Registration Council of Nigeria (ARCON) plus three (3) years post qualification experience. Must have completed the compulsory National Youth Service Corps scheme (NYSC).
11 ASSISTANT COMMUNITY DEVELOPMENT INSPECTOR I / GL 07 Candidate must possess a Diploma in Social Development and Adult Education, or other relevant subject from a recognized institution plus at least three (3) years post-qualification cognate experience. Or Certificate of Education with specialization in social studies or equivalent qualification.
12 COMMUNITY DEVELOPMENT INSPECTOR II / GL 08 Candidate must possess a degree in any of the Social Sciences or related subjects from a recognized university or equivalent qualification. Or a Diploma in Social Development and Adult Education from a recognized institution plus at least Six (6) years post-qualification cognate experience. Or a Certificate of Education with specialization in social studies or equivalent qualification plus at least three (3) years post-qualification cognate experience. Must have completed the compulsory National Youth Service Corps scheme (NYSC).
13 ASSISTANT EDUCATION OFFICER II / GL 07 Candidate must possess a relevant qualifications of either NCE, HND or its equivalent in Education from a recognized institution.
14 EDUCATION OFFICER II / GL 08 Candidate must possess a degree in Education from a recognized University or a degree in a relevant subject plus a post graduate Diploma or certificate in Education. Must have completed the compulsory National Youth Service Corps scheme (NYSC).
15 PLANNING OFFICER II / GL 08 Candidate must possess a degree in Economics preferably with Statistics, Econometrics Development or Project Preparation from a recognized University or a degree in a relevant subject. Must have completed the compulsory National Youth Service Corps scheme (NYSC).
16 PLANNING OFFICER I / GL 09 Candidate must possess a degree in Economics preferably with Statistics, Econometrics Development or Project Preparation from a recognized University plus at least Three (3) years post qualification cognate experience. Or possession of a relevant Masters Degree plus at least One (1) year post-qualification cognate experience. Must have completed the compulsory National Youth Service Corps scheme (NYSC).
17 SENIOR PLANNING OFFICER / GL 10 Candidate must possess a degree in Economics preferably with Statistics, Econometrics Development or Project Preparation from a recognized University plus at least Six (6) years post qualification cognate experience. Or possession of a relevant Masters Degree plus at least Four (4) year post-qualification cognate experience. Must have completed the compulsory National Youth Service Corps scheme (NYSC).
18 STATISTICAL OFFICER II / GL 08 Candidate must possess a degree in Statistics from a recognized University or a degree in a relevant subject. Must have completed the compulsory National Youth Service Corps scheme (NYSC).
19 STATISTICAL OFFICER I / GL 09 Candidate must possess a degree in Statistics from a recognized University or a degree in a relevant subject. Plus at least Three (3) years post qualification cognate experience. Possession of a Masters Degree is an added advantage. Must have completed the compulsory National Youth Service Corps scheme (NYSC).
20 PROGRAM ANALYST II / GL 08 Candidate must possess a degree in Computer Science or Statistics with a Post Graduate Diploma in Computer Studies from a recognized University. Must have completed the compulsory National Youth Service Corps scheme (NYSC).
21 PROGRAM ANALYST I / GL 09 Candidate must possess a degree in Computer Science or Statistics with a Post Graduate Diploma in Computer Studies from a recognized University. Plus at least Three (3) years post qualification cognate experience. Possession of a Masters Degree is an added advantage. Must have completed the compulsory National Youth Service Corps scheme (NYSC).
22 SENIOR PROGRAM ANALYST / GL 10 Candidate must possess a degree in Computer Science or Statistics with a Post Graduate Diploma in Computer Studies from a recognized University. Plus at least Six (6) years post qualification cognate experience. Must be fully registered with Computer professional of Nigeria (CPN). Possession of a Masters Degree is an added advantage. Must have completed the compulsory National Youth Service Corps scheme (NYSC).
23 SENIOR LIBRARY ASSISTANT / GL 07 Candidate must possess any of the following; (a) Part I of the Associate Membership of the Library Association OR (b) Diploma in Library Studies obtained from a recognized institution OR (c) A pass at the first Professional examination of the Library Association plus three (3) years post-qualification cognate experience OR (d) Certificate in Library Studies obtained from a recognized institution plus five (5) years post-qualification cognate experience.
24 LIBRARIAN II / GL 08 Candidate must possess a degree in Library Studies from a recognized University or a degree from a recognized University plus a Post-Graduate Diploma in Library. Must have completed the compulsory National Youth Service Corps scheme (NYSC).
25 LEGAL OFFICER I / GL 09 Candidate must possess a degree in Law from a recognized University and must be legally qualified to practice as a Barrister and Solicitor in Nigeria. Must have completed the compulsory National Youth Service Corps scheme (NYSC).
26 PUBLIC AFFAIRS OFFICER II / GL 08 Candidate must possess a degree in Mass Communication or its equivalent from a recognized University. Must have completed the compulsory National Youth Service Corps scheme (NYSC).
27 PUBLIC AFFAIRS OFFICER I / GL 09 Candidate must possess a degree in Mass Communication or its equivalent from a recognized University. In addition, prospective candidate must have at least Three (3) years post qualification cognate experience. Must have completed the compulsory National Youth Service Corps scheme (NYSC).
28 SENIOR PUBLIC AFFAIRS OFFICER/ GL 10 Candidate must possess a degree in Mass Communication or its equivalent from a recognized University. 29 HIGHER ENVIRONMENTAL HEALTH OFFICER / GL 08 Candidate must possess a degree in Environmental Health Science from a recognized University or a Higher National Diploma in Environmental Health Science from a recognized institution plus at least three (3) years post qualification cognate experience. Must have completed the compulsory National Youth Service Corps scheme (NYSC).
30 SENIOR ENVIRONMENTAL HEALTH OFFICER / GL 09 Candidate must possess a degree in Environmental Health Science from a recognized University plus at least Three (3) years post qualification cognate experience or a Higher National Diploma in Environmental Health Science from a recognized institution plus at least Five (5) years post qualification cognate experience. Must have completed the compulsory National Youth Service Corps scheme (NYSC).
